Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GenR's website, purchasing products, or booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Purchases

All products listed on GenR's platform are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time. Prices are listed in TTD/USD and may change without notice.

Pre-owned devices are sold as described. All pre-owned products are tested and graded before listing. Images are representative and actual condition is detailed in the product description.

3. Repair Services

• A non-refundable $40 assessment fee is charged at drop-off for all repair bookings.
• This fee is applied toward the total repair cost if you proceed with the repair.
• Final repair cost is confirmed after diagnosis and communicated to you before work begins.
• GenR is not liable for pre-existing damage or data loss during repair.
• Uncollected devices after 30 days of notification may be subject to storage fees.

4. Trade-In

Trade-in values are estimates only and are subject to final inspection. GenR reserves the right to revise the offered value or decline a trade-in if the device condition differs materially from what was declared during submission.

5. Returns & Refunds

New products may be returned within 7 days of purchase in original, unopened condition. Pre-owned devices are sold as-is unless otherwise stated and are not eligible for returns unless there is a verified defect covered under warranty.

Repair services are non-refundable once the repair has been completed and the device collected.

6. Limitation of Liability

GenR shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, product imagery, and text — is the property of GenR and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
